The pdf pattern will be sent to your e-mail address as in the part 1 '' billing information '' . Care must be taken to ensure this address is correct.

There is no handling or postal charges for the sending of pdf charts by email.

Paper patterns will be sent out the next working day after payment has been received /cleared.
